August starter...

Hi KT I sat and made myself look at something similar this morning over breakfast table.....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I did it to say to myself 'youre not hungry so why do you want it'.....was bit ashamed normally would have eaten the same whether I was hungry or not! Whats all that been about for 30+ years???!!!

Well, after a mid week panic at seeing the scales going up, things seem to have sorted themselves out and I lost 1lb. in week 3. A loss is a loss so I'm happy with just the 1 pound, maybe I'll see more in week 4...

Weekends are so hard and I have found myself drawn to the chicken and mature cheddar cheese!! Not the best move i know but that was a blip and I'm back on the wagon now :)

2lbs this week, slower than average but I'm ok with that :)
