Bit confused - Aunt Bessie's carrot and swede mash is showing as free online but Im sure it has butter in it. Should I continue to count it as I used to, at 1 syn for 100g frozen?

if it's listed as free then it's free.
Just because it contains butter it doesnt mean it's deep fried or anything
- the Asda site shows it's 2% of the whole content.
Ive just run the NVs through teh calculator and its definitely free.
Even if it was something like 1 syn it really wont make any difference - you'd have to eat several hundred packets of it for it to actually make any difference to your weight loss

Yeah, fair shout thanks for that. It was more that i was confused than bothered about the syns! (I think i may have not actually bothered counting it in teh past anyway :flirt2
