Arrrrr im touched thankyou Karen. Clare and jane.. thank u. Although I can not see what u all see lol.

Been a normal day on our house hold me rushing around after everyone
Taking isabel to eye appointment. Lauren to her friend my bbf having a mini melt down as she fell out with her partner. . So I spent a little time with her. Hope it made her feel a little better. Oh and remember I have the queen stopping till tomorrow and she thinks Mother's day is about her.. thrn after all that I stood in kitchen to do everyones tea..
My birthday next week best be different that's all I can say

Hi girls hope you have all had a nice weekend, they are going over so quick it just seems like 5 mins since finishing on friday!!!! I was wondering if you take a look at a couple of my red days and give me some feedback. Tomorrow:
Hexa semi milk
Hexa 40g reduced fat cheese
Hexb 35g porridge
Hexb 2 slices wholemeal bread 400g
Breakfast: porridge with banana
Lunch: sandwich with ham, egg, cheese, salad
Dinner: diet coke chicken with cauliflower rice
Snacks: carrot batons
packet walkers fries 5 syns
margarine in sandwich 3 syns

Tuesday-Breakfast: 2 weetabix and banana
Lunch: 3 cracked black pepper ryvita (hexb) asda good for you sweet chilli and roasted peppers cottage cheese (not sure how much i can have and if its synned) and wafer thin ham
Dinner: baked chicken fillet with salad and stuffed mushrooms
Snacks: carrot batons
which new mullerlights have you had heather?
Any advice would be greatly received if im going wrong anywhere. Many thanks x

Food looks fine to me. nothing wrong with it at all. Ill just go and look at syns for cottage cheese x
Cant find syns on the cottage cheese chick sorry vx
But ur doing great
Brought the strawberry and lemon cheesecake yogurts.
