Avoidance - Staying away from Minimins for fear of a butt-kicking.
Denial - Eating everything in sight and thinking "I've not been that bad"

Well that's my week. I have no idea why my motivation went on vacation. It's wi day today... I STS. I'm so happy with that as my week has again been rubbish and I was expecting another 2lbs on! I could do with that kicking now if anyone's offering...? ? ? Xx

Right - you're back. Good! Now stop this before it gets worse! Well done on the STS but I was there a few weeks ago and thought I was cheating the system somehow, I STS for 3 weeks of a mad binge, then all of a sudden - 4lbs heavier.

Have a think about why you started this journey in the first place.
How amazing you feel when you try on clothes a size smaller.
How brilliant it feels when your clothes start getting looser.
How horrible you feel when clothes start getting tighter..
How in control of your eating you feel when following the SW plan.
All the delicious foods you can enjoy on SW.

You could keep on eating high syn foods, but you know the weight will just start creeping back and you'll have even more lbs to lose again. Whereas if you get back on track now, right this minute, you'll be on your way to getting the lbs off again.

You know it makes sense ;o)

Hun....you know the plan works, you know that you are loosing weight and you will also know how you felt before you started SW. Do you want to go through that again???
