AWFUL week!!!!

    I've had such a bad week :( just feel like i've lost my spark for losing weight. Tomorrow is weigh in day but I jumped on this morning just to see how bad things were and it's 2lb on!!!! Am so gutted!!! The cake, the chinese, the chocolate wasn't good enough to make up for how rubbish
    I feel now. I weigh in at home so there is no hope, am being really good today to try and get myself back on track. Was in two minds wether to
    A- say sod it and eat what I like all day because this week is ruined anyway
    B- not eat all day and drink endless water in the hope I might force a lb off

    Thankfully I came to my senses before doing either and realised I have to face up to the fact that I ate too much all week and just get back on it immediately. Still so sad as I dont think I'll now make my march goal which was another 7lb off which is now going to be 9lb off!!! Arrrrrgggghhhhhhh

    Ok. You can't turn the clock back and have made the right decision to get back on track and to minimise the damage done. Take the hit when you weigh in and move on. These blips will happen because nobody is perfect. Good luck for next week x

    At least you realised that either choice would be bad, after having a bad day/week its best to try and just pull yourself together and track religiously for one day, and then make it two days etc. until you feel you are back on track.
    If you are up, then your up. If its 2lbs, then all is not lost! You can get back on track and lose that the next week!
    Just stick with it and the wrongs will right themselves :) Good luck!
