Well yet again I am trying to get rid if 'that' stone. The one that makes me feel disgusting, the one that makes all my jeans not go up further than my thighs.
'That' stone that has me living in leggings.

I;m 5ft 3 a tiny frame so every pound shows.

Thursday 16th

First week went well, I ate loads, never hungry and down 3lb! Am thrilled. Will update diary as I go from now on.

I had my full 29 dailies even though I know that it has now changed to 26.
I had 19 weeklies (thought it was more)
No exercise (yet)

Think I'll stick to just main course of chicken. I don't want to use all my 49 weeklies as I like to know that I have them as safety net during week

I had sea bass,10pp mash,6pp turnip(made with cream 4pp?) and broccoli and 2 divine wedges.

Today I feel hungry and also getting a little bored with the same foods.
I know Ill be having roast chicken dinner later with the whole works so looking forward to that. But need something different before that.

Any inspiration?
