B choices

I have 20 cashew nuts and break them down so that I can then have a couple of handful of nuts but still sticking to the plan - lovely!

I use my HEBs on;

Thick slice wholemeal bread - for beans, fried or scrambled eggs on toast
2 slices nimble white - for toast and LCL/jam
Wholemeal bread roll - to eat with soups
28g porridge oats
5 x corn thins - to eat with hummus, pates etc
Extra virgin olive oil
Cashews - for stirfries
Dried apricots/prunes - mostly for cooking. Dried apricots are great in tagines and prunes wrapped in parma ham are deelish!
 
The online diary lets you have 10 almonds as a B choice on red or green days. I tend to have these if I'm stuck for a second B. It doesn't offer this in the SW book though, i've only seen it online
 
I tend to use my HEB for breakfast - normally some kind of cereal with grapes and fat free yogurt - that was I can use my HEA later in the day. (I only do EE so only have one of each!)
