    Thanks girls! Just back from the gym, was not feeling it AT ALL tonight but 532 calories tonight at the gym - result!

    An hour and then some of mainly cardio with some weights! I'm known for doing 1000 calorie burn workouts on good days!

    Lost 2lb! Very very happy, 16.3 - almost out of 16's! Have not been in 15's for years - I cannot wait!
