Well done for getting back in tbe zone. I've been struggling so much lately, but think I'm also getting there (fingers crossed, lol)

It is funny at the moment isn't it how a lot of us on here are struggling. I think it's important to remember that whilst we do have blips and find it hard to get back on track, we do eventually get back on track. It may take a few days, weeks, months etc but we eventually get there and that's the main thing. Sometimes I think we are too hard on ourselves. X I'm pleased to say that Im ready to be back on track today and trying to lose what looks like an approximate 5lbs gain lol. Oh well, onwards and downwards! X

Thank you for posting this. Although I think I know this, it's so easy to forget mid-wobble! X
 
All I've done since I got in is eat! . All on plan tho so not too bad I spose

Red day

Breakfast: latte (healthy a)

Lunch: chicken salad

Snack number 1: 2 'fried eggs' in a wholemeal roll (healthy b) with a squidge of ketchup (half a syn)

Snack 2: I got some reduced cabbage in m&s for 20p so I made a spinach and cabbage soup, there was loads! I had two bowls. Didn't look too appetising tho lol. Healthy a cheese on top

Dinner: 2 Linda McCartney rosemary and onion sausages with Brussels sprouts (small portion), toffee greek muller (half a syn)

Later on I shall have a Special K chewy bar for other healthy b and a bar if galaxy for 12 and a half syns

Haha yes, in fact I reckon the soup looks a bit tooo green doesn't it and not overly nice. And thinking about it now, it didn't taste too great either! Lol x

Extra easy today

Lunch: homemade syn free minestrone soup

Dinner: chicken burgers in a wholemeal roll (healthy b) from the new mag with sw chips and veg

Currently enjoying a costa skinny vanilla latte for 3 syns and heakthy a.

Extras: galaxy bubbles (9 syns)

Thanks, it was yummy! This weekend is a lovely and relaxing one. Did a bit of housework yesterday (yawn) but just chilled out really and today is pretty much the same! It's nice to be able to chill out sometimes isnt it. What about you, are you enjoying yours? I'm a bit sad that its Sunday already, weekends go so fast!

Can't believe I forgot to post my diary for yesterday. I believe I could have gone slightly over syns but I'm not going to worry too much

Extra easy yesterday

Brunch: 2 fried eggs and baked beans

Dinner: Chinese tajeaway - half a chicken chow mein, half chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice plus 3 prawn crackers. Didn't weigh the portions (naughty) so id say 10 syns?

Extras: vanilla latte (healthy a + 3) and ryvita minis (healthy b)

Syns: 13?

Dinner: wedges, quorn sausages and brocolli

Not sure what ill use my other healthy extras on yet but I know that ill be having gahaxy for 12 and a half syns :)

Yeah, it's lovely just having an easy weekend. I ended up having the day to myself yesterday and it was heaven, peace and quiet and no one else to bother about!
I didn't do my diaries properly either - oops!
Monday again...
 
Ohhh I love it when you have days to yourselves! You can just do whatever you want and not have to worry about anyone else. Sounds lovely. X

Weigh in tonight and I'm scared lol. I only got back on track last Wednesday so it's not been a full week yet so I could be looking at a gain, hopefully a small one tho lol
 
Thankyou both. I gained half a pound which I'm ok with seeing as tho I didn't get back on track til Wednesday :) nice loss next week I hope!

I don't know what I want for dinner and its as tho I'm in serious turmoil and have had to make a huge decision, I keep umming and ahhing and then change my mind lol.

So far:

Lunch: mug shot, yoghurt and Special K chewy delight bar (healthy b)
 
Biggest dinner ever! Quorn burger in a roll, cheese, sw chips, baked beans and carrot and brocolli... Can't say I've ever had beans and brocolli together before lol
