Thanks, the dhal and the chips were Very nice! Sw chips are lovely, in fact I'm wondering whether I prefer them to normal ones. The dhal is handy too, another one for those cant be bothered days

Can't decide whether red or green today, prob green tho!

Lunch: 2 m&s mini wholemeal sub rolls (healthy b) with laughing cow (1 syn) and lettuce, apple snack pack, activia yoghurt

Where did you get the Dhal from? X

It's from asda. It comes in a tin and is about 89p if I remember rightly. It's very nice and completely syn free on green and EE :) x

It's definitely worth it and really handy as it only takes about 3 minutes! :)

Here's dinner. I had a Simon rimmer three bean chilli sachet that I pimped up a bit lol. I added mushrooms carrot and baked beans. Looks like there's loads on the plate but it was just quite runny x

This is oatly. Its chocolate milk made from oats (they do a normal one too) and its really tasty when it's ice cold. I think some people warm it up which I imagine would be nice too. It's 200ml for a healthy a and is usually in the aisle with the soy milk, uht milk etc. I love it and it makes a nice change :) x

I'm thinking about doing an experiment soon as I've been reading up a lot on nutrition recently: I want to do a vegan foods, gluten free and dairy free week. Apparently this is the best diet you can do and it makes your skin look amazing, lose weight and its just good for your overall health. I'd still do slimming world at the same time but I reckon it would be interesting - plus if only do it for the week (i know i couldnt stick to it longer than that!). I'd like to start now but I'm crazy about sticking up on things and have loads of pasta, cheese, eggs, rolls etc that need using lol.

Green day today :)

Breakfast: ryvita minis (healthy b)

Lunch: mugshot, 2 mini wholemeal sub rolls (healthy b)

Snack: sw chips (was so hungry when I got home from work)

Dinner: spaghetti (we have about 1000 packs of this in the cupboard!) with a dish I shall sausage beany pasta (basically a tomato sauce, quorn sausages, carrots, baked beans and garlic n herbs) plus brocolli. 30g cheese (healthy a)

Extras: 200ml oatly (healthy a), galaxy (12 and a half)

Syns: 12 and a half

Thanks, I love sw chips! I don't like them overly crispy but I always leave the skin on as I don't really like potato without it.

Yay its friday. i dont really have any plans this weekend so hopefully that will keep me on the wagon.

bit disheartened at the mo as my scales are going up every single day and I just don't understand it, I've been totally on plan :( but, I suppose I shouldn't be weighing daily. I just hope they go down for Monday! I just know that another stay the same (or gain) will cause me to become disheartened and disinterested... But I shall wait and see! :)
