Baby Charlie has arrived so lets get on with shedding the rest of this wobble!!!

Congratulations on the measurements, that's an incredible amount to lose in a couple of weeks! You've reminded me that I should do mine...

I love your inventiveness with the potatoe skins.;)

well done on the inch loss Capricorn - flipping brilliant results in a matter of weeks! I have to confess that I own a Wii Fit and havent used it in about a year. disgraceful! will get batts replaced and start this coming week. xxx

Capricorn!
I've only read the first few pages as I'm at work, but I absolutely love your diary! So funny at parts too!

Loving the recipes too :D

Hiya Capricorn

Well done on the inches....so.....would you recommend a Wii fit? I've never thought exercising at home in front of the telly would work, but you're obviously proving it does. Do you get the heart rate up or is it more about stretching and stuff? Is it a good alternative to wobbling round a gym do you think? I need to up my exercise, especially now I've started work again - the most I do is 2 - 4 miles walk most days but I feel like that's not enough.

Hiya capricorn :wavey:

Where did you get your leg magic from lovely lady? They have them on amazon but reviews are saying its a JML one?

I might ask Santa if he will bring me on!

Claire xx

Hi Capricorn!!! That's a great NSV - go you!!!

I went dancing on Sunday nite and to Zumba last nite and thought I'd hop on the scales this morning and - I WAS UNDER 11 STONE!!!!!!!! I was 10 stone 13 1/2 lbs!!!!!!!! I haven't weighed in the 10s for about 20 years and I weigh less than my daughter!!!! So I've now officially lost 2 stone and I think I'll go and add another shiney to my signature!

Lots of love,

Trace xxxxxxxxx

Sarah -I have the EA sports interactive one and the "more workouts" one -thats what I have been doing this morning ;) Im just about to order the new one they have just released -its cordless so NO more whipping myself with the cord :p. I will post that recipe at the end of this post as it was another "nomnomnom" :D
Hope you are feeling beter soon!!
Thanks Laura and "whoop whoop" on your 10st loss so far :worthy:-can't wait to see the new photos!

Hiya Elb4160 - lesley-hope you find the recipes usefull -I love my food and refuse to eat "diet" stuff :giggle:.... Give me a yell if you are stuck for ideas on what to do with stuff and I will help if I can.
helloo and thankyou nettyneil :D
Loumoo -I love my wii fit and you will be suprised how much of a sweat you can work up -hubby reckons when I play tennis I move about enough to be playing proper tennis :rotflmao:. yesterdays workout predicted I would use about 350 cals -in the end I put that much welly in I was about 550 :p.
Freshnew -I got my legmagic from amazon its the "leg magic pulse by leg magic" its on at £49.99 at the moment -although it doesn't fold up as the picture suggests - mind thats good really as If I folded it away it wouldn't get used as much;)

:banana dancer:TRACE:banana dancer:see-I knew you could do it!! Well done girl, obviously the "group therapy" in the boozer is working :bunnydance:. Keep up the great work Mrs... take care!
Thanks surreygal - Im still waiting for my stuff to arrive, I don't even know if it will fit or suit yet . If not I will have to go *gulp* -shopping

Well Im having a green day today and its looking like this:-
  • lemon in hot water
  • 28g oats (B)
  • 250ml semi (A)
  • banana
  • 2 clementines
  • jacket potato
  • baked beans
  • cheese triangle (2)
  • apple
  • activia (2.5)
  • luxury cauli/veg cheese (1.5+A)
  • roast parsnips (0.5)
  • 200ml semi (4.5)
  • fibre plus bar (B)
  • fruit
  • activia (2.5)
so that covers 2A+Bs and 13.5syns -heck at this rate I will manage a full week of using most of my 15 syns a day as planned :happy036:
We need to nip shopping this evening I need more milk, fruit n veg .... I seem to be saying that quite a bit lately :p -hopefully it will be a quick "smash n grab" trip ... hubby doesn't even know we are going yet *oops* :rotflmao:
Right I will get off for now and cathc up.. have a great day everyone and keep up the great work ;)

Hiya mrs I'm back!!:D

I had a lovely holiday and I'm back in a better frame of mind. Good to see you still doing so well.

I'll pop by for a proper catch up tomorrow. Take care Hun JJ x

Good morning all from a snowy Germany :33:

Woohoo JJ -nice to see you back -hope you had a nice jolly :D

Well folks its blinkin freezing here :winter_brr:..... If this is anything to go by it looks like we are in for on heck of a winter again.....

Anyhoo I have decided that today will be a red one and it will look like this:-
  • lemon in hot water
  • 200ml semi (4)
  • banana
  • 4 plums
  • luxury cauli cheese (1.5+A)
  • activia (2.5)
  • pineapple
  • salmon fillet
  • luxury cauli cheese :p (1.5+A)
  • frozen tropical fruit
  • 3 ryvita (B)
  • cheese triangle (2)
  • gherkin
  • fibre plus (B)
So that uses my 2 A+Bs and 11.5 syns -there is plenty there to keep me going and 3.5 "emergency" syns left just in case....(I know Im having the veggie cheese twice -but, well it is yummy and wants using ;)) hubby is on duty today so will be away all night - so that lot should tide me over ..and I have lots of fruit in too...
We got the top up shop done last night so I now have plenty of milk, fruit n veg in again -I can't relax if I start running low on any of those :giggle:. Hubby will have tomorrow of in lieu of being on duty -so we would normally go for a walk around the golf course -well THAT ain't gonna be happening if its as cold as it is today -so we will have a trip to a bigger naafi to see if there is anything interesting,,,
Im still waiting for my orders to arrive with the clothes Im hoping to wear for the 2 works functions -I hope they hurry up, because if they aren't right Im going to have to do the dreaded S word...*shopping*
Ayway -enough waffle from me for now.. have a lovely day all and keep at it ;)

Good morning all :winter_brr:
cor its baltic out here,,,,Hubby came home about 6am and has now gone back again to hand over -lets see how long it takes them to stop faffing him about shall we!!!
Anyway -the first of my clothes arrived yesterday and :woohoo:I love it -I need some killer heels so the dress just skims the floor -BUT I love it and my first thought was "OMG Im not going to stick out like a sore thumb":wee:-I was going to keep it a secret from hubby until we were going out -but he came home whilst I had it on and apparently I looked "wit woo" :p .. I could have got away with a size smaller but I didn't want to risk it coming and not fitting on clinging -lets hope I like the other stuff as much when it comes :cross:

I think today is going to be a red one and looks like this:-
  • 250ml semi (A)
  • 2 clementines
  • 2 plums
  • cauli cheese (1.5+A) (didn't have it last night)
  • pineapple
  • activia (2.5)
  • lamb n swede hotpot (B)
  • nobbies
  • carrots
  • frozen tropical fruit
  • fibre plus (B)
  • activia (2.5)
So that will cover my 2A+Bs and 6.5 syns so I need to use some more syns -so I might stick in some ryvitas and a cheese triangle this evening ;)
Well thats me for now so I will get off... have a good day everyone...

Yay, I'm so pleased that you love the dress. Please post a pic so we can wit woo you too!

I had a package waiting card yesterday and have got all excited because I assume it must be from you. I'm off to get it this morning. Thank you. xx

COOEEEE Mrs :wavey:

Finally caught up with what you've been up to :p For what it's worth I llloooooovvve the dresses. The long one is gorgeous but I wouldn't mind a dress like the shorter one myself for Christmas Day. I really need to look around but I loathe clothes shopping in December - well actually at any time - but particularly December

I'm sure you will look fabulous at the mess do - hubby should be very proud to escort you ;) and you should be rightly proud of what you have achieved so far :happy096:

Keep trucking my lovely

Good evening all -from a VERY cold Germany :winter_brr:
Thankyou for the lovely comments on the dress -hope everything else is as nice once it arrives :cross:

Hope everyone is tucked up nice n warm! Is it just me-or are we all noticing the cold much more since we lost some "wobble" - I didn't use to feel it much, but core blimey I do now... gawd help me when I hit target -I reckon I will be investing in some thermals for next winter
Anyhoo -we nipped out earlier as I needed another fruit top up, so we nipped to the naafi and I grabbed some cheese on promotion at €6 for a kilo block (extra mature too) now we have been paying €4.29 for a 200g block of Cathedral lighter ... so this is a cracking bargain -and as I will be eating 28g per heA instead of 42g -it will last longer -so makes it even cheaper ;). So I have 5 blocks in the fridge :giggle:-I opened one to make hubby an omelette and WOW it is gorgeous :happy036:. I also grabbed 4 boxes of fibre plus bars too whilst they had them, oohh and the last 4 bags of frozen lamb steaks -they are gorgeous and good value... I really must STOP trying to get anymore in the freezer now,,, really -I MUST
Today has been a funny one as I decided to go red -but haven't really eaten much so far  -just :-
  • 250ml semi (A)
  • 4 plums
  • 2 clementine
  • ooooh 1 syn for the taste of cheese :p
  • apple
  • pear
  • bowl frozen tropical fruit
  • activia (2.5)
  • salmon fillet
  • tomato
Not sure why today has been as it has -but I need to get my 2 heBs and some syns down my neck at least
Weigh in tomorrow -so pinkies crossed the scales know whats good for them :cross:
JJ -those clothes are from www.yoursclothing.co.uk and if you have never used them before -when you go on their site they should ask for your e-mail address and at the moment it will give you a code for 20% off and free postage...oohhh and they have a sale on at the moment!!! I normally avoid mess do's but I thought I would just bite the bullet n go this year -hubby can't get over the dress :giggle:
Right I had better get off for now.... have a lovely evening all and keep up the great work :D
