Baby is now 2.5 weeks old starting slimming world Tuesday

Well after a indulgent pregnancy I am now weighing in at a colossal 17.5 stone and I have 3.5 to lose before my wedding in 4 months (I know I can do it) I'm exclusively breast feeding so I know I get a few extra healthy extras.....

the only thing now is I need to learn to do slimming world on a budget as maternity pay isn't that generous.....

the cheap meals I'm thinking are

Dinner
tuna jacket potato
cottage pie
Egg chips and beans
Philly pasta with ham and mushrooms
Gammon chips and egg
spaghetti bolognaise
chickpea Dahl

Lunches
pasta and sauce
mugshots
beans on toast
tuna pittas
mini ham quiches
savoury ririce


crunchy bran
nimble bread
eggs
chopped tomatoes
mushrooms
yogurt
fruit
 
Shopping has been done today :) starting tomorrow...excited to be back on it...I think I get extra healthy extras but as I'm not sure industry going to have 1 extra of each so 2a*s and 2b*s

100g ff yogurt and raspberries, blueberries, strawberries

lunch
sw mini quiches (egg,ham ff cottage cheese, low low cheese hexa, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms)

Today I'm having

2 fry light eggs, 4 slices from 400g loaf (hexb x 2)

Dinner
Cottage pie made with ex lean mince, onions, mash (splash of milk from allowance) bisto best 1.5 syns, peas and carrots green beans and cabbage

250ml semi skimmed milk (hexa)

175ml whole milk in a sugar free hazelnut iced latte
