Bachelors pasta n sauce

Ok just started today .

I see in the syns online bachelors pasta n sauce chicken and mushroom says it's free.

Doesn't give any more information though . How is this free if it has milk and butter. Is this value without milk and butter ?

You're right, it's only free if you make it without milk and butter, so just water. I think if you used milk you'd have to either syn it or take it from you HEA allowance. For butter, it'd have to be synned.

It's kinda misleading though . Good to know they are free though

On the odd occasion I have them I just use water and a little milk from my Hex a

I do think they caveat that by saying 'made up as directed' i.e. with the water. Otherwise it would be synned as the others say.
