Hate my stomach, my arms and my flabby face, have had my light bulb moment and no way I am carrying on like this. I've said it before, but mean it this time,

So EE day today, which I'm not great at, but giving it a shot.

Breakfast
Wheatabix (HEB), 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 HEA of semi-skimmed milk, handful of strawberries

Lunch

Left over tuna pasta from last night, ingredients were:

1 onion
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Tin of tomatoes
Tin of Tuna
Tablespoon of sweetcorn
Handful of spaghetti
Tablespoon of extra light philli

That has done 4 portions, and for lunch I added extra cherry tomatoes, pea shoots and had a mango afterwards, does that seem ok for an EE lunch?

Also have more strawberries for snacks througout the day, and will have 3 litres of water to drink, as well as a few black coffees to help 'flush' me out :p
 
Think May need to transfer to a green day, don't think I have a third super free with my dinner, and got no fresh fruit or veg left in the house. Dinner is black bean burgers with a kind of pepper salsa thing I concocted, and burger sauce, using 1 tbsp light mayo, mustard and some ketchup. Syns in sauce 3, as split between two of us (I've rounded up to be safe) photo to follow.
