Back again! Mean it this time!

Well I originally joined SW back in September and was getting on with it really well.

I used to be a lot heavier but after getting pregnant with twins and developing gestational diabetes! Where i couldn't even look at chocolate I ended up lighter post babies to pre.
I came to class after Xmas and gaining 5lbs and hubby was training away for a new job for seven weeks I completely fell off plan and did so for another several weeks and having just lost over a stone I am really feeling this weight being back on!

So I'm back, first week I have lost 4.5lb and want a stone off ASAP, the rest I am happy to do at as lightly more gentle rate but need something to fill in at the end of the day and here is perfect....

Breakfast
