Evening everyone

As the title says I'm a returning to SW and this part of Minimins Forum.

I've tried several other diets (and failed) but i always have the yearning to come back to SW..... feel like a homing pigeon lol

My aim is to stick with SW, lose at least 1 stone and become a success rather than a failure.

Looking forward to meeting everyone :))

Hiya I'm having a fabulous day thank you for asking. I went to the cafe for lunch and the first time I changed the menu so not to have chips lol

I'm going for a Green day

I had a mushroom omelette, salad and baked beans for lunch..yum

I'm also going to have a go at making sweets which I found on a FB page

Thank you lovely :)

It was hard because I've always had chips with it but I'm making it my mission to try and make my typical eating out SW friendly.

I have also had great success with the Haribo Jelly Sweets

A great alternative..i made 36 for a total of 3.5 syns so I can have 6 for 0.5 syns :)

I've made the same haribos and they are such a fab ideal and a life saver.

The Haribo jelly sweets look great! I may have to give those a go :)
