Hey everyone, i m back on a low carb diet after finally getting an appointment with the dietician. Its not the same as the atkins i m allowed12-16oz of protine food a day meat, fish,eggs etc and 40g of carbs a day through which ever source i choose eg veg, nuts can have a slice of ww bread if i want but at 10g for one slice its a bit of a waste lol.

Anyway i m doing really well i have lost 18lbs and am not having sugar cravings which is great lol. I am however finding i need some motivation between visits to the hospital

yeah it is pretty similar to be honest just havent had to do different phases etc tbh. im feeling alot better, and finding if i organise myself enough i m fine just one of these people that goes through motivation levels. what motivates everyone else ?
