I did really well on SW last year then seriously fell off the wagon. Have made a few half hearted attempts to get back on but today is the new start. Gonna do it this time

Iam so back after a few months not on plan, i put on a massive 22lb

Going to back to plan 100% going back to class this thursday

Me too! Ive put a stone back on gradually over a year. Determined to get it all back off by Christmas (then put half of it back on during the festive season - he he!)
