Back at it

Had a two week break and I am starting back again...think I have put on around pounds...was very difficult when I was away as the meals were all set menus and you had no choice...i also know myself that I did not keep up anything like the drinking water etc that I should have...i would say if I was taking 1litre a day that would have been it...anyway back to pharmacy tomorrow, I am totally dreading finding out what I have on but jsut need to get focused again...i turn 30 on august and my birthday bash is 5 weeks tomorrow so I would like to get 2stone off if I could!!

Think this time I will certainly attempt to hit the gym etc too!!

good luck hun you have done brill so far,anything u gained will be gone in a few days so dont stress! i have to start monday,i got blood results back on thursday and my cholestoral,blood sugar and thyroid are way off the scale so i need to do something drastic now or it'll be too late! x
