Ight here I am bigger than ever and I'm coming back. I know it's gonna be a slow journey, that's the mentality I need to change I've been looking or a quick fix and tried all sorts vlcd, calories counting, 7 day chemical, ww and thi is the only one that worked in the past. So I'm back

Welcome back, just stick with it.... You can do it .... I the same as you, bigger than ever and tried loadsa others.. Just this is the only one that suits me ..... Good luck

Welcome back - and you have totally got the right attitude.

I have joined and rejoined SW literally dozens of times over the years but at the end of December 2010 I decided that was the final time I was going to do it. 19 months on and I am still here and going strong x

Just had scrambled eggs grilled tomatoes and grilled mushrooms yum. Nice to be eating food again lol. I'm having chilli in a tortilla bowl and salad tonight full of beans mushrooms tomatoes yummmmmm
