Back for good!

Hello again, I joined minimins a while back with the view to do Exante shakes, but i didnt even get past lunch!

Christmas has been and left behind a few extra pounds again so I am back on the shakes! I did them a couple of years ago and lost 3 stone but it wasnt enough :( I had a night off for a friends birthday night out in December, then figured Id stop till new year and never got back into it again. Well, I have now put on the 3 stone i worked so hard to loose plus more. I am so annoyed at myself. Its like my mind shuts down and I refuse to accept its happening until one day when I weigh myself, see whats happened, get upset then eat, then next day back to ignorance. This endless cycle i am in needs to stop.

I am stomping around my house now being horrid to everyone because I have no dinner to look forward to! I know im doing it but I cant stop coz im feeling sorry for myself. I keep telling myself that i should look forward to being skinny but then i think 'ha, silly old tart, you arent gona do it!' and then fantisise about food!!

Ive just circled each monday on my calender, DD1, DD2, DD3 etc (Diet weigh-in Day) and noticed I will have been at it for 12 weeks come our friends wedding in April. Im hoping to have lost quite some weight by then! Maybe 3/4 stone? So here are my revised targets:

TARGET ONE: GET THROUGH THE FIRST DAY (TODAY 14.01.13)
TARGET TWO: GET THROUGH FIRST WEEK
TARGET THREE: GET INTO 19s
TARGET FOUR: GET INTO 18s
TARGET FIVE: GET INTO 17s
TARGET SIX: GET INTO 16s
TARGET SEVEN: GET INTO 15s
TARGET EIGHT: GET INTO 14s
T NINE: GET INTO 13s
T TEN: GET INTO 12s
T ELEVEN: GET INTO 11s
T TWELVE: REACH TARGET OF 11st 7lbs
T THIRTEEN: MAINTAIN WEIGHT

I am going to add mini target along the way, but for now those are the main targets!

Here I go again!
