Back for the final time :(

    Well here i am again. i have been a member for over 3 years and have gained weight steadily for that time :cry: I think most of the originals will have been and gone as they probably had much more will power than me !!
    I will weigh in tomorrow morning and start a sig with my losses ( fingers crossed)

    I dont know how much i have to lose but i guestimate 4 stone, i have a pretty active life so know its the junk food that does it, i work on a horse yard and i am responsible for 10 horses every day. I turn them out and bring them in ( up a big hill ), i ride ( not all 10 lol ) and i muck out 10 every day.
    I could be more active at home and will really try to go when OH walks the dog and things instead of thinking i cant be bothered :eek:

    So hi from me i hope there are some chatter boxes on here as a bit of banter always makes the journey more fun

    I'm pretty new myself but welcome back :) it has been a little quiet recently but I think that's more because of the time of year.

    That's a really active life you lead! I wonder if there is an exercise point calculation for mucking out :) - would love to work with horses, beautiful creatures.

    I'm new to this site!!!
    Started back on weight watchers yesterday not doin pro points just doing it from home the old way!
    Got weighted yesterday 12st 7lb not as scary as I thought wanna lose 21lbs.

    Hi guys, thanks for the support :D

    I think i will just have a bash at the old method, it worked well for me in the past and i have the books and calculator so can get started.

    My mum is going to join a meting so she will probably get going on the pro points
