Back from holiday, time to clear up my act.

    Hi, some of you guys may not know me but Ive been on here for about 2 years. Used to be on Lipotrim, gained the weight back (not all of it thankfully) and started weight watchers.

    I did weight watchers before my holiday but was maintaining more than anything as my weight just went up and down. But after losing 8.5lbs on holiday, I thought it's time to straighten up and just do it properly.

    It's Ramadan right now and that means no eating for hours so I dunno how Im going to manage keeping the weight off, kinda scared of the whole starvation mode thingy.

    Anyone else here fasting? what do you do and how has it affected your weight?

    Well done on the holiday weight loss - that was brilliant. Do you find it hard now having Ramadan - all I can say is that you must have some reserve as I would be eating my fingers. Good Luck

    LOL thanks very much.

    Well today I started fasting, couldnt the other day coz of TOTM. What I did was before sunrise I had 30g bran with skimmed milk and a shape yoghurt, that totals of 4 points. Later I will eat sensibly but I'm worried about going under 14 points. Dunno if Ill be able to as I get full very quickly after fasting.
