back from hols!

just wanted to say a quick hi to everyone and to all the newies on here too

i had a great holiday away with the family in cornwall and didnt slip off the shakes/bars once but it was hard, i wont say it wasnt

still back to it now and hope to weigh in either thur/fri or the following monday..not sure yet
