Back I come.....

    So I've not been on this forum for a while, but the time has come to get back on the wagon.

    I lost a lot of weight about 4 years ago using SW for a little bit, and then WW. Problem was that I was so hungry on WW that I ended up throwing in the towel, and that's when the weight started coming back. Since then, its slowly been creeping back on. I've tried dieting,IF, etc but can't seem to stick to any of them.

    My wife has had great success on Atkins, I tried it, but I lasted 2 days without carbs!

    So I've decided to give SW another go, I've bought a starter pack from eBay which should be here in a couple of days, and then I hope to not look back! I'm not going to subscribe or go to a group, I think it'll suit me OK going it alone so to speak.

    So yeah,just wanted to say hello I guess!

    Thanks guys

    First day today. I'd forgotten just how much you actually get to eat on SW. I'm hoping that by eating more during the day I'll be able to stop eating so much at night (my worst time for binging!).
