Back on CD after 6 month break

Hi to everyone,Today is my 1st day back on the CD after a 6 month break.I managed 6 weeks before, then gave in.My relationship has just ended only last week with my partner after 3 1/2 years, so I have booked a holiday at christmas 21-28th Dec to Tenerife for the kids and me, so here goes.....

Hi there stacey

I would like to loose 4 stone before I go on my hols.

I managed just over 2 stone in 6 weeks last time around so just hope I can stick to it this time.
Its only day one for me and Im waiting for the cold, headaches and flu like feeling...Yuk
