Back on it (ish) - food diary -please give opinions

S: 11st11lb C: 11st7.5lb G: 9st7lb Loss: 0st3.5lb(2.12%)

I've finally made a stand, well ish, and need to shift this weight! I did really well on 'Extra Easy' early last year but since then have gained almost an horrendous 2 stone!!

So please see below my food diary for the last few days - opinions / advice / guidance appreciated!!

Melon with Low Fat Yogurt
2 Brown Toast with Strawberry Jam HE & 3 syns
Carvery Tea - had tea out but plate piled with more veg than anything else - 4 syns (?) for gravy

Exercise - horse riding

Melon with Low Fat Yogurt
Pasta with Stir in Sauce - 3 syns
Beans on 2 Brown Toast - He
Museli with Low Fat Yogurt - 6 syns

Exercise -10 min run / walk with dogs

Scrambled Egg, Beans & 1 Brown Toast - He
Melon & Strawberrys with Low Fat Yogurt
Pasta with Stir in Sauce - 3 syns
Orange, Grapes, Banana
2 Babybel Light - He
1 brown Toast with Jam - He & 1.5 syns
KFC :sigh: Massive 43 Syns!!

Exercise -10 min run / walk with dogs
- Spinning 45 mins (i'm an instructor)

Wed (so far)
Museli & Low Fat Yogurt
Grapes, Strawberrys
2 Small Jacket Potatoes, Cottage Cheese & Salad

So any thoughts please. Know I had a really naughty KFC (didn't realise syn value until afterwrds) but think if I keep being really good and having very few syns, I may be ok over the week :confused:

So I had a session with a personal trainer this morn and showed him my food diary - he reckons i'm eating too much fruit!! Apparently its too much sugar for my body to handle and hence the reason for no weight loss and weight gain. I'd already packed my food bag for work today so will start introducing other things to replace some of the fruit tomorrow and see how we get on!

So today's food:

Scrambled Egg
Melon, small portion of Museli & Low Fat Yogurt - 1/2 HE
1 wholemeal Toast - 1/2 HE
Pasta and sauce - 2 syns
2 Oranges
Uncle Bens Curry Sauce, with Chicken & Boiled Rice - 7 syns
3 Babybel Light Cheeses - HE

So weigh day today and have remained the same.... considering the Very Naughty KFC and possible over-eating of fruit I'm happy with that. Just got to be more controlled this following week. So here goes....

Beans, Scrambled Egg, 1 brown Toast - 3 syns
Museli & Yogurt -HE
Jacket Potato & Mushy Peas
Carrots, Celery & Humous - 2 syns
2 Babybel Light - HE
Pepsi Max
Fresh Fish, New Pots & Salad with Coleslaw - 3 syns
Low Fat Choc Mousse - 4 Syns

So with me finally back on plan and aware of not eating too much fruit - lets see how I get on during the following week!!
