lol i couldnt resist wen i saw them, had to try!
i was havin quite a lot of chicken salads when was on it in summer n these were perfect as that 'little sumfin extra' x

so im actually looking forward to being healthy again tomoro n pointin n trackin everythin!
my belly is hurting tonight, gas bubbling around and just feel bloated n fat!
im due on as well tho...

so plans for tomoro :
bfast- cuppa tea with milk n sugar - 2
lunch - big soup - 6
dinner - chicken breast mccoys salad n sweet chilli sauce - 12
total of 20 so still got 9 to use!!

does anyone know how to stop recieving notification emails everytime someone posts in a bloody thread!
have literally just deleted 94 emails just from last night!!

You'll need to unsubscribe from each thread and then re subscribe and unitick the mortification by email box. X
 
update to todays food:
bfast - cuppa 2
snacks - raisens 2 coffee 2
lunch - soup and an apple 6
dinner - chicken salad and mccoys 12
total - 24

was thinkin about cutting down to 26? any thoughts?
 
Well dun on no cake shez. Do u use sugar in your tea? Y not have sweetner and save on the points? Y Do u wana cut down to 26 hun.x

dunno lol was just a thought...
i only like a cuppa with sugar dont like sweetners tbh! :(
