So, I did TFR from Oct - Dec, lost 2 stone, very happy. Have more or less managed to keep it off, but I've stagnated. I started refeed when I still wanted to lose another stone, and haven't managed to lose it by myself.
I would like to go back on TFR for a further 3 weeks, not as a crutch that I intend jumping on and off for the rest of my life or anything, more as a sort of jump-start off the plateau thing...I would like to get down to my goal weight on TFR. I should have just done that while I was on it before, but, I didn't, no use regretting that now I guess.
Anyone done anything similar? Is it more difficult to get your head around it, motivation-wise the second time? I guess 3 weeks isn't a very long time...! any advice would be appreciated
