First week back (week 9) lost 2lb although to be fair I was weighing slightly more than 192 when I started just over a week ago so I've lost that too
Haven't been brilliant as had some work drinks Friday and cracked a bit last night. Still a loss and new lows which is good so here's to the 180s and below 13 1/2 stone by next weigh in!
