Back on the wagon!!!!

#1
Hi everyone!

Well i fell off the ww wagon about 4 weeks ago now and i ve had my fun (food wise!) and i ve munched through enough easter eggs to last me a life time and gained a whopping 8lbs!!! that takes me back to 15:11 :(

Anyhow! im ready to start afresh as of tomorrow morning i am going for it!!! I have to stick to it as i am due to be a bridesmaid in May next year and i DO NOT want to be the "fat girl" in my dress

I really want to get down to about 12 stone as my 1st goal then to 10 stone for my 2nd goal, im 5ft 6 and weigh 15:11 but will weigh again tomorrow to see if the cream eggs have made a difference!! :D i think it would help me alot to have a buddy to discuss food diaries and weigh ins etc.... i will be weighing from home this time as i wont get time to go to classes.

If anyone wants to join me please let me know!

Thanks guys!!!! :D Good luck to everyone!!!!

Hey welcome home. Knuckle down and rid yourself of those pesky 8lbs and a few extra.

Why dont you make your next goal one of losing 9lbs, it will take you past your gain and its very achievable so should keep you focused?

I have had a really bad 4/5 days over Easter as been away visting family and food is so key to socialising. Although I didnt binge out I ate all the wrong foods and was over the moon to see 0.5lb gain, I honestly thought i would have put at least 7lb on. I have decided though the tuesday isnt the best day to weigh in I think you should at least wait until the end of the week. But its over now so I am going to stick to it.

I am sure you will lose that 8lb alot quicker than you thought and be back on the straight and narrow although its so hard.

Good Luck xx
