very good, found it hard eating, sounds strange i know!
I think it's because i was doing so well i didn't want to stop but i had planned it and did enjoy it and i'm back on track now!!
I've decided not to get weighed as I've still got a weeks worth of shakes left, don't wanna depress myself!! lol

How long have you been off LT?
you finding it ok getting back on the shakes??

Hi,

Only day 2 so early days again, i'm okay, i messed up big time off the shakes......... i feel a littel relieved back on the shakes,

do you remember if we can drink anything other than water, tea, coffee?

i survive on peppermint tea and sparkling water!!!
don't forget you can have sweetener in tablet form!!
