    Hi I am back on CD today after a Christmas break! managed to put on 6lbs in 3 weeks!!!! Already finding it hard to not eat, why is it when you are in the diet all you do is think about food!!! Is anyone else back on it after a christmas break? I am going to clean to resist the food demon! lol :)

    yes i can totaly relate to that. All ive been thinking about is food :( Its hard going. Cleaning the house is what i did at the weekend. When I pick my wee one up from nursery im going to buy a paper n go to a fun place, then take a walk round the shops. Its a few more hours gone by!!

    hi, i had 5 days off over xmas, i was ill for a few days so didnt eat a great deal but made up for it on the last day i scoffed my face!
    i lost 4lbs that week so i count myself very lucky,
    been back on a week now and doing great, ketosis has well and truley kicked in as i dont even want to look at food never mind eat it!
