HOPE EVERYONE IS WELL.... IM 100% BACK ON TRACK NOW. DAY 8 OF MY RESTART N MY KETOSTICKS RECKON IM STILL NOT IN KETOSIS! WTF! MY BREATH TELLS A DIFFERENT STORY LOL!
I WENT FOR MY WI YESTERDAY FIRST ONE IN 3 WEEKS! I LOST 8 LBS IN THAT THREE WEEKS. IM W,ELL PLEASED WITH THAT . I STAYED ON CD OVER XMAS BUT HAD NEW YRS EVE N NEW YRS DAY OFF COMPLETELY IT WAS MY B.DAY ON THE 4TH BUT I STAYED 100 % N I THINK ITS PAID OFF!!!!!
SO TREATED MYSELF TO SOME NEW CLOTHES TODAY, AS IVE JUST GONE DOWN ANOTHER SIZE
SO I CAN VAGUELY SEE THE LIGHT AT THE END OF MY TUNNEL LOL.
ONCE I HIT MY FIRST GOAL IL DEO HAVE TO MOVE THE GOAL POST ANOTHER STONE OR SO BUT IT WONT TAKE TOO LONG!
THINK IM GONNA HAVE ANOTHER PLNNED BREAK FOR VALENTINES DAY WELL MAYBE THAT WHOLE WEEKEND, ITS SIX WEEKS AWAY AND IM THINKING IL BE CLOSE TO MY FIRST TARGET BY THEN, AND IT GIVES ME SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK OF PLANNED BREAKS? I KNOW I CAN GET BACK INTO IT AS I HAVE DONE THIS TIME.
