Back on track 1st wi post xmas!!!!

    HI ALL

    HOPE EVERYONE IS WELL.... IM 100% BACK ON TRACK NOW. DAY 8 OF MY RESTART N MY KETOSTICKS RECKON IM STILL NOT IN KETOSIS! WTF! MY BREATH TELLS A DIFFERENT STORY LOL!

    I WENT FOR MY WI YESTERDAY FIRST ONE IN 3 WEEKS! I LOST 8 LBS IN THAT THREE WEEKS. IM W,ELL PLEASED WITH THAT . I STAYED ON CD OVER XMAS BUT HAD NEW YRS EVE N NEW YRS DAY OFF COMPLETELY IT WAS MY B.DAY ON THE 4TH BUT I STAYED 100 % N I THINK ITS PAID OFF!!!!!

    SO TREATED MYSELF TO SOME NEW CLOTHES TODAY, AS IVE JUST GONE DOWN ANOTHER SIZE :)

    SO I CAN VAGUELY SEE THE LIGHT AT THE END OF MY TUNNEL LOL.

    ONCE I HIT MY FIRST GOAL IL DEO HAVE TO MOVE THE GOAL POST ANOTHER STONE OR SO BUT IT WONT TAKE TOO LONG!

    THINK IM GONNA HAVE ANOTHER PLNNED BREAK FOR VALENTINES DAY WELL MAYBE THAT WHOLE WEEKEND, ITS SIX WEEKS AWAY AND IM THINKING IL BE CLOSE TO MY FIRST TARGET BY THEN, AND IT GIVES ME SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK OF PLANNED BREAKS? I KNOW I CAN GET BACK INTO IT AS I HAVE DONE THIS TIME.

    ANY WAY IL STOP RAMBLING NOW LOL

    week 2& 3 = 8lb
    week 4 = 2lb
    week 5& 6 = 9lb
    week 7 = 4lb
    week 8& 9 = 8lb
    week 10& 11 = 4lb
    week 12& 13 = 5lb
    week 14& 15 = 4lb
    week 15 16 & 17 = 8lb (xmas new yr &b.day!!!)

    starting weight 244lb
    target weight 161lb
    losses to date 60lb
    still to loose 25lb

    Just looked at your overall losses, you are doing extremely well.

    I don't have the right kind of attitude to take planned breaks and I find it hard to get into ketosis, but it sounds as if you do have the right kind of self-discipline.

    Good luck getting to your next target!

    thanks guys!!

    still not even sowing to be in ketosis! but not feling good just back from docs n got water infection... first time in my life. well doc says symptoms are that of a water infection though its not showing in my sample prob coz all the water n its too diluted. lol thats funny... well i think so any way.. so poss minir set back as the particular antibiotocs i have may make me sick if taken on an empty stomach. il try to take after a shake maybe that will work. im thinking maybe thats why my sticks arent showing ketones as yet. dont know if thats even possible to be the case just a guess.

    anyway hope you all have a good cd week!
