Harder to cheat when u share eh?!

here goes.....(my week starts on a tuesday btw)

TUESDAY

Breakfast-

hexb1 28g porridge oats, made up to 42g with oatbran, made with 1/2 hexa ss milk, 1/2 water and a big slug of lactulose (on doctors orders)and a clementine

Lunch-

hexb2 wholemeal roll (no spread) 2 frylight fried eggs, 1 slice lean ham, egg noodles cooked in soy and ginger with sliced mushrooms. clementine for afters

Tea-

Aldi chicken fillets with sweet chilli sauce (2 tbs 2 syns) 1 tbs extra light mayo (1/2 syn) small free side salad

onken fat free vanilla yog with chopped banana for afters

Wednesday-

Breakfast-

beef stir fried with egg noodles and muchrooms, home made egg fried rice with peas, 1/2 pot of onken ff yog for after

iceland packet pasta n sauce macaroni cheese, made with half hexa milk, 1 tbs tomato sauce

Tea

sirloin steak, sw chips with paprika and chilli, peas, mushrooms with soy

snack

1/2 sainsbury's all butter muffin 1 cowbelle light cheese slice added to hexa 4 syn total
