Well I've had a right weekend of it, Russell Howard last night with a couple of wines and a roast dinner today I've decided to start again tomorrow, after a couple of weeks of secret binges and stress at work I am going back into it full steam ahead and will start my wi days on Monday mornings again xxx
no more binges for me, and I'm taking it a day at a time
