Back on track!

    Well, after having one night off ccing for my husbands bday last week, it turned into a week off :( haven't weighed, but am back on track today, hoorah, lol! I think the best thing for me is to have very low cal meals, like today had a fillet of bass fish for 97 cals, filling and left me lots of cals for snacks - feels like I've been eating all day and I like it! Still hoping for 12lbs off for valentines but we'll see......
