After 3 weeks of gaining and not doing too well on this diet i lost 1 and a half lbs this week!!!
ive really been struggling and finding it hard to get motivated. but feel im back on track and am ready to start afresh this week!!!!
i need to loose weight before my friends wedding which is abroad in sept! so this is my goal! and my ultimate goal is to be at goal weight by xmas!!!!!
