went to orlando for six days, was quite good, took my shaker and drank loads, was good on the nine hour flight too, and also managed to steer clear of the fast food joints. bad news is that i pigged out on return,:cry: so only had a weight loss of 2 pounds in two weeks-------was weighed today.But i am back on track now, so this is my day one again, will go back to pharmacy in two weeks time, hope to have lost 10 lbs between now and then.
will my weight loss be good during the first week if i stick to the plan, or should i just bank on 2-3 lbs?:wave_cry:
