I've had a dreadful week or so - everything seems miserable and hard work. Consequently I've been madly off plan. But today I'm going to get back on track and be more positive. Not feeling very positive yet but I can do this. I want to lose 5lbs before xmas. I feel horrid and bloated so I think a few days back on plan will ease that and then I'll feel better.
