Hi everyone, newbie here who needs your support :eek:

I lost 3.5 stones on Cambridge Diet but then became disabled and am now a fulltime wheelchair user and heavier than before the diet!

I've tried other diets but always half heartedly as I hate being told what to eat and when, so I decided to go back to basics and calorie count - then it's my decision what goes in my mouth and up to me what I eat and when.

I can't do any exercise at all but my son is getting married in August and I want to lose as much weight as possible for the wedding - so that is my incentive!

I got weighed this morning and started today so here goes...wish me luck!! :wavey:

This is definitely the diet for you then. I never feel restricted on this! Good luck :)
