Back to intermittent fasting!!

    HI all

    I done Juddd last year for a bit and really liked it...it fitted in well with my lifestyle. I went on holiday and it went to pot :).
    Back to it today though gonna do 3 down days a week Monday Wednesday and Friday. I will startup my diary again and let you know how I'm getting on x

    In total 3 stone but taking it one at a time! First day fasting wasn't too bad still got 300 calls left so gonna have my dinner. Looking forward to a nice breakfast tomorrow!

    I think just a bowl of cereal and save myself for a nice dinner. I've got a Sainsbury shop getting delivered at 7.30pm with some nice stuff like stir fry veg and red thai curry. Think I'm gonna have some supernoodles with my cals I have left for today. Did u enjoy your up day?
