Back to SW 2016

Hi everyone!

I have decided to start SW from home but haven't been following the plan since I reached target in 2013. I stopped going to group for personal reasons. Although I haven't gained during this time off, I feel like I need to go back just for the sake of eating better.

I only have my book from 2012/13 so any up to date tips/healthy extras would be much appreciated!

Hi Emily,
I had a couple of years break too, briefly going back to class after my second was born, but I didn't last long!
So I went back to class 3 weeks ago. The plan is basically the same but there are a few changes. Red/Green has totally gone now and isn't an option at all. Some of the HEs have changed, as have speed foods. Super speed has gone, and Success Express has been replaced by Extra Easy SP.
I think there are a couple of posts on here that detail the changes...I'll see if I can find them for you.
