Back with tail firmly between legs

    :wave_cry: Not quite sure why ( if there even IS a good reason ) and nothing i say will justify it to myself or anyone else but had a HUGE falling off of the wagon at the weekend or more specifically Sunday & Monday. Great idea with weigh in on a Tuesday :rolleyes: I could make excuses til the cows come home but it boils down to this, i let the desire for food, the fleeting whim of eating something get the better of me and then let it snowball. Totally peed off with myself and my lack of self-control and you wouldnt believe the damage i did in those two days, not just on the scales but psychologically too. I have put a huge dent in my self-belief and i just feel bored bored bored with CD.
    I put on 3lbs this week, totally deserved, but the good news is i am back on track since first thing Tuesday morning and that 3lbs is already gone along with another 2lbs. Thank goodness for small mercies!
    I was so focussed and doing so well and now, even though i'm back on it, i feel like i'm fighting temptation every minute of the day. But i'm not giving in....no sireeee....and hopefully by the end of this week and next Tuesday's weigh-in I'll have got my mojo back. Fingers crossed eh? :eek:

    keep going hon. it's really hard to get back in the zone but you will get there. i had to drag myself kicking and screaming back on the thing, ha. but if you do it you will reap the benefits you are already seeing. you're doing really well :)

    Hi Karen - I KNOW where your coming from....its been a struggle for me too after being lacks with myself and obsessive with food...day two for me today...

    Good luck girl..tuesday will soon be here (my weigh-in day too)

    Good to see you back on track and motivated enough to believe in yourself again. You can do this and by the sounds of it the damage has already been forgotten by the extra lbs already lost (bonus!)

    Take care of yourself - you are back and thats all that matters.:p
