Chopped tinned tomatoes and/or passata
Onion-red or normal work well
Garlic-fresh or dried
Boil some tagliatelli for required time.
Chop all ingredients and fry in frylight until soft and bacon is cooked. Add to passata and/or chopped tomatoes and boil together with any seasoning being used e.g chilli powder, garlic, salt, pepper etc.
Drain tagliatelli and add desired amount to the mixture. Stir in and serve. Alternatively the mixture can be placed on top of the tagliatelli in spag bol style!
This recipe tastes just as nice if you ommit the chilli or any of the other ingredients based on your individual taste.
Is also nice with cheese grated on top from H/extra.
