bad bad weekend..

    Hi everyone

    Hope you are all well and had a great weekend!

    I had such a bad weekend!!! So i skipped weigh in yesterday! I know i should have went but i couldn’t face it! i had a great week up until fri and then it all went downhill! But today im back on track and feelin good, i got weighed this mornin on my own weight watcher scales and i was delighted to see i had stayed the same, i must admit even tho the food i ate over the weekend was crap i didn’t eat a colossal amount which must have helped! Feels good to get it off my chest and admit to it lol! xxx

    Don't worry about bad weeks but do try to get to a meeting this week - you will feel better and you tend to do better if you go to the meetings whether you have had a good or bad week - I know in past efforts, when I went to the meetings regardless, I always did better overall...

    I have had a bad week. I've been filling my face with anything around, not even dead good food. I've been rubbish on the exercise front too. I think this is in part due to being annoyed cos I stayed the same last week despite being good and partly due to getting my period yesterday. I have weigh in tomorrow and I will go even though I'm scared. I just hope I can get back on track like you have today because right now my heart really isn't in it. X

    i went away for the weekend and was trying to make good choices but in the car on the way home we bought munchies and was still eating last night,,but back at it again today,,hoping this is the trick in not putting all the weight back up,just let go for a few days and to heck with the scales,,then get right back on track:)

    It's like a box of pringles ladies once ya pop ya can't stop!!!!
    I too have had the worst week since I started ww in jan, isn't it awful how one bad day sets of a cycle of numerous bad ones, got weighed in last wed & my mouth has not stopped chewing since then.
    Anyways just counting it as a write off week, back to the tracker tomorrow (HOPEFULLY) !!!!!!!!!

    Aww im so glad to no i wasn’t the only one girls! But i think ur totally right yummymummy sometimes u do let go for few days but as long as u get back on track, we’ll all be fine! Hope yous are all back on track now and hopefully we see nice result on scales next week :D

    Got weighed in today *****+4.5lbs***** that's what I get for grubbing & drinking all around me :(

    i stayed the same one week and felt so disappointed because i new i overate and the following week i put in my all and lost 3 1/2lbs i was gobsmacked x
    make sure you dont give up because of a bad day or week x
