I had terible weekend :cry:am disapointed with my self.I have been on ss for 4.5 by saturday went to gym twice and on saturday lunch time nearly fainted, went in to shakes. My husband got so cross with me I had to eat so I eate and all day yesterday(not exesive). I have writen to CD for help because I was scared. She said that I have over done it, can not do so much exercise on such low calorie intake. So either to reduce exercise or go to 810 plan . So I am so worried to get on the scales tomorrow what if I have ruined all my effect, and did not loose anything?:cry:I am bacjkon my shakes today and would like to go to gym tonight so shall I have some chicken or fish aswell?

Hi hun,I think you should follow the advice of your cdc,if you are determined to excercise then she is telling you, that you need to be on 810.Have you always been to the gym that often?twice in one day is rather excessive I would have thought unless that is what you were already doing,if you are going to the gym tonight then definatley do 810 you dont want to faint again.
    xx
