    I need to confess that I have been extremely bad this week. Upto this morning, when reality hit me, I have been picking at food.:sign0007:

    Dunno why, suppose didnt help that I had a last minute function on Saturday.




    will be a gud girl from now...............lord knows the damage I've caused....will report tom as my 2nd weigh in is at 9am:wave_cry:

    hi , its kinda same here, came back from work, had to cook n there I started picking, ate a whole meal,
    Glad that I dont eat after 7pm or I could have done worse of a damage. Now drinking water to rectify it. Right back at it now, Its so not worth it. I totally feel ill after eating...
