Bad breath ;)

I knew bad breath was a possible side effect when I started and I'm ok with that, I'm just keeping my distance from everyone haha... My question is why? I wanna know the reason for it I'm a bit geeky like that and wanna know scientific facts, ins and outs etc haha so yeah...what causes bad breath anyone know?

Not a very sciency reply....

But it's the ketones being released from your body. They leave through your wee & breath I think.

Essentially it's the fat leavin your body, which is why we need to drink so much water.

Google Ketosis & there was a really good science site that explained stuff. Not sure if I'm allowed to post the link tho... :/ x
